Location: McLean, VA
We are seeking a motivated, talented inside sales representative with excellent communications and customer interaction skills, to join our growing Sales organization.
Responsibilities include:
Call into target accounts, identify key decision makers, and drive 1:1 and small group meetings with Government executives and IT leaders
Generate new leads within territory
Set meetings for Senior Partners with potential new clients
Leverage in-house and outside research tools to identify potential new business opportunities with Federal agencies and Federal contractors
Qualifications:
2-5 years of inside sales and lead generation experience
Proven track record of establishing contacts with new clients over the phone Consultative, question-based approach to sales
Demonstrated experience building pipeline and revenues for a growing organization.
Well organized, with outstanding written, verbal, presentation and conversation skills
Strong PC skills including use of web-based CRM software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work closely as part of a closely-knit Sales team on solution qualification, development, and closure.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Compensation:
Base salary plus financial upside based upon activity goals
